Understanding the pressing issue of domestic violence, Foundation HILDE is committed to providing accessible and supportive training environments. Our Krav Maga sessions will be held five times a year, ensuring ongoing opportunities for learning and growth.

Convenient and Family-Friendly

We know that balancing personal development with family responsibilities can be challenging. That’s why our programme includes childcare for children aged 4 to 12 years. While mothers engage in their Krav Maga training, their children will be in a safe, engaging environment, learning new skills and participating in fun activities with our dedicated team.
