Bicycles for Immigrant Women!
The pilot project, in collaboration with the Global Goals Alkmaar Foundation and the Wijkcentrum Mare Nostrum, aims to provide bicycles to immigrant women. This fantastic initiative not only helps women become stronger and more courageous but also contributes to environmental sustainability and promotes physical fitness.
By offering bicycles to immigrant women, we’re not just providing a means of transportation; we’re empowering them to be more independent and mobile in their new communities. Riding a bike not only reduces their reliance on other forms of transportation but also allows them to explore their surroundings freely. Furthermore, this project has a positive impact on the environment by promoting eco-friendly commuting.
