Transparency and Honesty, Resilience, Trust, and Communication.
Foundation Hilde Transparency implies being clear in the description of services and not hiding information that may be revealing to our clients. In honesty, we gain credibility as it facilitates our clients to have the information they demand or need to know. We work with great passion, and we are very responsible in our work.
Resilience is defined as: «The ability of a person to overcome traumatic circumstances such as the death of a loved one, accident, divorce, domestic violence, human trafficking, etc.» Trust and Communication, this is the most complicated value of achieving confidence in having the belief that the activities and projects that are going to be carried out correctly.
Communication is also important because in proper planning it can be done. Our members get involved and become aware that they are part of our organization and with faith and belief that it is going to be possible. Focus on solutions and give our best in the good and the positive, we always see hope. That is why we work with love and passion.
